My name is Aric and I'm from Hawaii where I use to be a life guard at a hotel near where my family's house. I am eighteen and came here to get a good education. It's not like I couldn't get that back home, but I thought it'd be good to see what life is like away from the island.
I haven't been away from the island long. The blond die that my ex-girlfriend decided to color my hair with hasn't finished growing and/or washing out. Maybe I should ask her what she actually used in my hair when I get the chance. For some reason she thought that dying my hair blond would make me look more like a surf bum. Personally, I thought my brown hair looked just fine. Now I'm stuck with this partially blond hair do until it manages to grow out or something.
Anyway I look forward to attending school here and wouldn't mind making friends with almost anyone that wants to befriend me. Hopefully all will go well, and I won't end up being that strange new kid that everyone picks fun of.
